The Netted Slug

Yet another slug of the keeled variety, the Netted Slug is the small fawn and white slug that we find in the middle of our cabbages and lettuces. This is the UK's most damaging slug. It is one of the few slugs to eat green leaves, but it makes up for this by attacking a very wide variety of crops. This is one species that gardeners can do without, but not a frequent visitor into the house.
